I am taking this opportunity to thank you for the wonderful three jobs you performed at my residence in Margate where I have had a home for 20 years. You promptly returned my initial call, discussed each aspect of the 3 projects I had in mind, researched thoroughly the options for one of the more difficult problems in replacing an oversize bubble skylight and addressed all my concerns since it was to be done on a re-roof. You also discussed my siding options and explained the pros and cons of each option from whether or not to remove old wood siding, the types of insulation and finally the type of vinyl siding options.
As you know my previous roof contractor caused me to have several areas of leaks and basically I chased him for an extended time never to have his job completed. You addressed my skylights and they came out beautiful with no leaks and you matched the roof perfectly. You were careful to cover my living room and foyer areas and cleaned up the work areas after you were done. You always showed up on time both for appointments and were able to accommodate my scheduled availability with regard to the actual work. You were careful in both protecting my property and my neighbors property. The final job was perfect and looked even better than I expected. The areas of leaks were addressed and resolved and you even replaced an old steel door and frame to address another area where there was a leak adjacent to the old siding. You addressed all the poor flashing from the previous roofing contractor as well.
What I liked best is that you were on site every day of work to supervise your crew who were both courteous and meticulous in their work. Being an orthopedic surgeon I appreciate the attention to detail you insured down to the last trim.
I would like to thank you for making this remodeling experience a pleasant and painless one and highly recommend you to anyone who wants a thorough and professional job. I do plan on redoing my wood deck in the future and would not consider anyone else for the job.

Skretowski Siding Systems installed 17 double hung vinyl replacement windows in our home. In addition they furnished and installed Cedar Impressions vinyl siding. Also included in the project was the replacement of gutters and downspouts and new vinyl railings around our elevated deck. During the selection process, we solicited 3 bids. Skretowski’s price was very competitive but not the lowest bid. We selected them because the owner of the company promised that he would personally be on the job site to supervise and to work along side his crew. During the project they determined that the windows in our kitchen needed to be reframed. They did this work at no additional charge. His crew was highly skilled craftsmen. Skretowski arrived at our home everyday until the project was completed (approximately 10 days). They cleaned up at the end of the day and left our home clean and neat. The project was completed to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend them for this type of work.
